Developing a website to some might seem daunting, when in fact it's simple and practically as straight forward as having a brochure printed! Even if you're unsure of the content we'll discuss your ideas and goals, offer suggestions and solutions that suit your budget, and ensure your website is functional, effective and meet's your objectives.

Client input is the foundation upon which successful web sites are built. Our questionnaire will help you articulate and identify the overall goals of your website, including specific questions regarding message, audience, content, look and feel, and functionality.

Our typical process of website development is...
- During our first discussion we find out what you want from your website. We ask you questions and ascertain what stage you're at. If you're not sure what you want just yet, we'll ask you to fill out our questionnaire (download above), which not only helps you understand what is your website's potential, but also helps us have a vision of what you want from your business online.
- Having taken notes and/or received your questionnaire we are now able to give you a written quote for the job at hand. Upon accepting our quote we both sign a contract provided by DOS.
- Now that we all have a clear understanding of the project at hand, it is up to you to provide:
- all text
- high res logo
- all photos and images
- any username/password we require to access your domain name and/or hosting account.
- If you don't already have a domain name (www...) we help you choose the right name and purchase it. If you have purchased your domain name you need to forward onto us those details. We then set up hosting, if it hasn't already been looked after.
DOS offers reliable hosting and will automatically set you up with an account if you have made no other arrangements. This will have been discussed and included in your quote.
- When DOS has all of your content, logo and images we begin by designing a web page. We get a fairly accurate idea from talking to you and from your questionnaire, what you're after design wise. We upload this draft onto a temporary web page only you and DOS know exists, so you're able to see it from your computer.
- This is a design draft and together we workshop it, make alterations or redesign it if you're not completely happy with it. We continue to work through this stage until you are happy with the direction your site is taking.
- DOS builds your site with the text content and images you have provided, and you're able to watch the construction as it day by day on the temporary website.
- We make any changes and check everything. We make sure all links work, check spelling etc.
- When all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed and you are 100% satisfied then we make the site 'live'. By this we mean we transfer it across to your www.domainname and it's officially online and available for the public to see.
- We also help you set up your email accounts and show you how to view your website statistics.
